  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the shrimp in a single layer for 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté the garlic in the same pan for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes.
  5. Deglaze with wine and lemon juice. Let it simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Return the shrimp to the pan, toss to coat, and cook 1 minute more.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately over pasta, rice, or crusty bread.

  • No wine? Use chicken broth with an extra squeeze of lemon.
  • Spicier: Increase red pepper flakes or add a diced fresh chili.
