Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side to make them pliable.
Assemble each wrap. Spread Caesar dressing down the centre of each tortilla. Layer with lettuce, sliced chicken, Parmesan, and croutons.
Fold and roll. Tuck in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
Slice in half on the diagonal and serve, or wrap tightly in foil for meal prep.
