  1. Blend the base. Add frozen berries, banana, yoghurt, milk, and honey to a blender. Blend until thick and smooth — it should be thicker than a regular smoothie.
  2. Adjust consistency. Add a splash more milk if too thick, or a few more frozen berries if too thin.
  3. Pour into bowls and smooth the surface with a spoon.
  4. Add toppings in rows or sections for a nice presentation.
  5. Serve immediately before it melts.

  • Vegan: Use coconut yoghurt and plant-based milk.
  • Tropical version: Swap berries for frozen mango and pineapple.
