Blend the base. Add frozen berries, banana, yoghurt, milk, and honey to a blender. Blend until thick and smooth — it should be thicker than a regular smoothie.
Adjust consistency. Add a splash more milk if too thick, or a few more frozen berries if too thin.
Pour into bowls and smooth the surface with a spoon.
Add toppings in rows or sections for a nice presentation.
Serve immediately before it melts.
